Ear canal pain: Grab you ear and wiggle it around. Does it hurt? If so may be external ear wax but Dr shoal have seen it. If you swim could be swimmer's ear. But Dr should have seen it. Could be a vasovagal symptom with crying. Should be able to fly I would think. Can you pop your ears?
