Nausea/stomach pain: Did you eat somewhere new or new food? Likely gastroenteritis, will pass in 24- 72 hours. or gastritis /GERd w or w/o H pylori, or gallbladder or food intolerances. Rigth pain was likely gas passing. Try maalox or ranitidine/ prevecid or simethicone / and or probiotic F/U with doc
