Is it normal to look 4 months pregnant post gallbladder surgery? it has been 13 days since i've had the surgery.

Have you checked: a pregnancy test? Did you look that way before the surgery? Gallbladder surgery is typically done endoscopically so you should not have any extra weight or abdominal distention because of surgery afterwards. I would make sure I am actually not pregnant, then consider the possibility of you actually gaining weight from extra calories. Gallbladder issues don't cause you to gain weight in itself.
