Ans: Well sounds like you have sinus issues. You need to keep the sinuses irrigated and moist so you do not bleed never touch the nose. Try hydrating with hot fluids to get the sinus moving. Also could try some Vaseline to entrance of nares to keep moisture in. If all fails time to see your doctor
