Post prandial D&N: Did you eat at a new place or difference food? May be gastroenteritis ( most likely) versus food intolerance versus gastritis/reflux with or without H pylori versus gallbladder . H pylori would need antibiotic treatment, gastroenteritis passes in 24-72 hours, just keep hydrated so you don't dehydrate which worsens nausea and makes you weak, try a probiotic. f/u with doc
