Hi my neck hurt and the back of my head hurt when i touch it or lay down my head hurt all over and it feels like something is crawling across it ?

Neck and head pain: From what you are describing it sounds like you are having muscle spasms in the muscle in the neck up into the back of your head. These spasms can feel like something crawling across your neck/back of head. Without more information its tough to be more specific - Try moist heating pad and some advil or aleve (naproxen). If it continues or you have numbness in the arms please see a doctor.
