Doesn't matter: Whether and how long HIV would survive in this situation does not matter. Nobody gets infected with HIV by drinking or otherwise coming into contact with contaminated water. Never; it does not happen. If you do not have sex or share drug injection equipment with an infected person, you will never catch HIV. Don't worry about it.
