I think i have erythrasma. what medication will you prescribe..its been over a year.

Fusidic acid: If I were to rule out other possibilities, such as contact allergic dermatitis, heat rash, intertrigo, scabies and perhaps various fungal infections; then I woudl prescribe 2% fusidic acid and possibly also add red light phototherapy
