Mindfulness practice: Meditation, tai chi, qi gong, yoga. All of these mindfulness practices are an excellent way to relieve stress, improve focus and prepare yourself for whatever lies ahead in life. Next, i would look at supplements like lemon balm, valerian root, and phosphotidyl serine. Last, consider a pharmaceutical medication. However, almost never need one if the above is done.

Depends : A cause needs to be found. That's called making a diagnosis. It could be normal life stress or a pathologic condition. This is where your doctor comes in. Once you've determined the cause of your inability to relax, then appropriate treatment will follow.
