Sure?: If the diagnosis is accurate (some other conditions can look similar) taking Erythromycin 4 times a day for 2 weeks is the standard treatment. Your doctor may check your feet with a wood's lamp to confirm.

Easy fix: The key is to keep the area dry -- when you exercise, when you sleep. Shower a few times a day. Don't worry much about this. If you can get some topical fusidic acid, great; if you want to pay for topical erythromycin or some other macrolide, it will speed healing as well.
