Henry Maudsley, an: English psychiatrist of the 19th century said, "The sorrow which has no vent in tears may make other organs weep". He was right. Ask your GP to refer you to a psychiatrist & a psychologist for accurate diagnosis & treatment of Anxiety Disorders. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is a mainstay of treatment to help you have healthier responses to stress. Adjunctive anti-anxiety medications may help.
