? Flu and Pneumonia: Long course suggests viral illness followed by pneumonia in weakened host. You need to see an internist, get a chest XRAY and antibiotics. Are you bringing up anything when you cough? If not, Could be an atypical pneumonia which responds to some antibiotics. You need to be examined.
