That is quite a big: change...but blood pressure can vary that much. Possibly significant weight loss or reduction in sodium intake could cause this change. You don't mention any issues with blood loss such as trauma with hemorrhage. If you feel fine, take your blood pressure daily for a few days. If it stays so low, see your doctor for evaluation. I suspect it may settle out somewhere in-between. Good wishes:)
