Not really: amoxicillin doesnt work for fungus, and there are other alternatives for bacteria acne which are probably better.

Whoa: There is no such thing as "fungus acne". Ringworm in the face / neck responds to over the counter antifungals. Never use an antibiotic as sole therapy for acne, and a tetracycline systemically might be a better choice. If it is real acne, start benzoyl peroxide now. Good luck.
