No: Suboxone consists of buprenorphine, which modulates opioid receptors in the brain, and naltrexone, an opioid antagonist. Cocaine is considered a stimulant which affects dopamine receptors . Suboxone is typically used for treatment of opiate addiction. Both can be abused.
