I would suggest you: look into publicly funded programs in your area that provide suboxone. Many opiate treatment programs (methadone programs) have added suboxone. You need to look into getting health insurance of some kind. In many states, medicaid has been expanded and you can qualify for that, or there may be other Affordable Care Act access to treatment programs. Good luck in getting help.
