I get frequent pvcs or pacs in my heart everyday, blood test are normal and ecg is normal too but holter shows the pvcs or pacs. Is it dangerous?

Why is it I feel forceful ectopics beats when I lay supine? I have head echos that are normal except trace mitral, tricuspid, and pulmonic regurgitation, and holter that showed benign PVCs 152 and 256 PACS in 48 hours. Like heart is jumping up?
