A member asked:

Is it true that if when you were a child and your teeth where late then they supposley last longer ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe, sort of...: Let's assume kids get cavities. If a child gets his teeth 4 months later than average, then his teeth have 4 months less time coated with milk, food, etc... Therefore, his teeth should last a bit longer. Also, if his baby teeth came in later and stayed later, then his adult teeth would have come in later. For the same reason (less time coated with food), his adult teeth should last a bit longer.
