First of all: "enhancement\" refers to "hyperemia = increased blood flow=swelling...sometimes seen in inflammatory bowel disease. Secondly, your abdominal pain COULD be due to one of the various forms of inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's diease, Ulcerative Colitis, Ileitis and it sound to me like you need a complete GI evaluation including endoscopies by a Board Certified Gastroenterologist Hope this helps
