Goal of 2500 cal: Anorexia is a challenging disease to treat and requires a multifaceted approach which includes psychotherapy, medications, nutritional rehabilitation and sometimes even hospitalization. Nutritional rehabilitation should be supervised and involves a progressive increase in calories to a goal of 2500-3000.
