Not HSV or HPV: As I said in my other reply, herpes encephalitis doesn't cause symptoms other than headache, seizures, paralysis, and unconsciousness. It is not a possible cause of your vertigo and balance problem. Those symptoms have nothing to do with your HSV and HPV infections. See your doctor and discuss referral to a neurologist or otolaryngologist (ENT specialist).
