Depends: Did you have unprotected sex since your last period? If yes, you may wish to repeat the pregnancy test about a month after the last episode of sex, unless you get a period before then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex.

Unlikely: The pregnancy tests are quite accurate if you follow the instructions carefully. Make sure they are not "expired". The blood test is more accurate than the urine test.
