Missed Period: It is very unlikely that you need to do another pregnancy test unless you want to go get a blood test at the doctor's office. There are a dozen common reasons for missing a period, the most common being a benign one cycle only missed ovulation. If your cycle does not resume normally within one month then it will be time to go to the doctor for evaluation of anovulation.
