14-16 hours:24 hours: Usually 10-12 hours/night & 1-3 hours/day. Limit daytime naps to 2 hours. Play with her a lot during the day. At a regular bedtime, bathe her, brush her teeth, read to her & put her in her crib in her own room when she's drowsy, but awake to learn to self-calm to sleep.
