Maybe...: If you are having leakage of urine when you cough, laugh, or sneeze...a condition known as stress urinary incontinence...it may be due to declining sex hormone levels. Correcting these hormone levels (IMO, using "bio-identical" estrogens, testosterone, and progesterone) is best. But in other women, I've had some success recommending OTC pseudoephedrine ("Sudafed") which tightens sphincters.
