Why is that pars fracture at l5 region not trated with kyphoplasty/why hasny anybody tried?

Not possible: It is not an area of the spine that it is possible. In a kyphoplasty a balloon is placed into the vertebral body and inflated, then cement injected. The pars interarticularis is a small thin portion of bone that could not be surgically addressed in such a fashion.
