Pretty good: Pars fractures usually heal with in 6-8 weeks to a point of stability, within 6 months to a return to activities without issue. However, this depends on whether or not the extension movements have been limited and it has been treated appropriately. It also depends if it was congenital or not. This often will not heal. Your doc should be able to tell whether congenital or not based on imaging.
