Yes: You need complete work up with labs for electrolyte disturbances, thyroid, vitamin d, lipids, cholesterol, eye exam, ekg, complete blood work, blood pressure, hemoglobin a1c, body weight, height, body mass index, urine micro albumin, fasting glucose, liver enzymes. Rare diseases that present with similar symptoms are pancreatic disease, or pituitary disease.
