Have not been sick, but feel a weird wheeze/gurgle in my left side occasionally when breathing in. dr said my lungs sou d clear. what could it be?

Wheeze: You may have some mild mucus accumulation or mild intermittent spasm in a bronchial tube on that side that wasn't present when you were examined. If symptoms persist or worsen I recommend reexamination by your physician but your symptoms are mild and may resolve spontaneously.
