Whoever told you : that nose-picking can make your nostrils bigger or alter the shape of your nose probably also told you that if you lie, your nose will grow! I guess if you got a severe enough Staphylococcal infection of your nasal cartilage & bone from scratching your nasal mucous membranes with dirty fingernails, you could, end up with a gnarly nose. It's 1 of 2 things you should always do in private.
