Yes: It would be worth seeing a counselor/psychologisy, there are lots of talking therapy anxiety treatments that are quite effective, CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy, also evaluation by PCP to rule out medical pbms, and possible a psychiatry evaluation as there are a number of helpful medication approaches as well.
