Unclear question: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, What count was low? It was likely you red blood cell count. If you did not take iron supplements, you may take oral iron and multivitamin supplement and discuss the matter with your doctor.
