I had a black spot show up on my toe of my right foot, it looks like a spec of dirt but black and won't scratch off wash off or anything?

Capillary leak.: Leave it alone. It is probably blood trapped beneath the skin. Some times small capillary vessels can leak a bit of blood. Days later, the blood turns a dark color. Use your camera function to take a photo for documentation. Compare the photo to the toe in a few weeks. If it enlarges, then mention it to your doctor. In all likelihood everything will be fine.
