I just had an ultrasound done today and my thyroid gland is 4.3cm. i was wondering if this normal or is it a little enlarged?

Likely normal: The thyroid glads has two lobes and a connecting bridge (isthmus). Each lobe is usually 2x2x4 cm so a 4.3 cm (presumably of one lobe) is probably normal.
