Delayed menses: It would be highly unlikely that Zoloft (sertraline) would have directly affected your menstrual cycle. Stress can sometimes affect timing of your period. Tubal ligation does not impact menses. You may be in perimenopause which is the transition to menopause. Recommend seeing your doctor for a complete assessment to rule out any other possible causes.
