Variable: Vasectomy can fail, even this far past the procedure. If you are of reproductive age, starting with a pregnancy test would be recommended. Clear vaginal discharge is usually normal at the middle of a menstrual cycle. If pregnancy test is negative, you may have just not ovulated the past cycle.
