Hi. im a 43 year old female. i missed my period last month and am currently missing my second one (despite mild menstrual cramps). im very unlikely to be pregnant, unless the vasectomy my husband had 20 years ago has suddenly failed. please advise.

Menopause?: It’s most likely menopause. At 43 yrs it’s normal to stop getting your periods but you can do a pregnancy test which will probably be negative. 😉
