Is clomid (clomiphene) more effective with women who do ovulate vs women who never ovulate? i ovulate but not often due to irregular cycles.

Maybe: It depends on why the never ovulate group of women on Clomid (clomiphene) were not ovulating in the first place. If it was due to a medically correctable condition then Clomid (clomiphene) will work as well as someone who ovulates infrequently.
