Maybe you do: With regular periods, it is very unlikely, though not impossible that you do not ovulate. It is not clear how you have determined you don't ovulate, but opks and basal body temperatures are not always accurate. Clomid (clomiphene) is very effective for women who don't ovulate or don't ovulate regularly but less so for women with normal cycles.
