Hello. last week i used soap to wash my vagina, which caused it to burn and this past week it has been on and itchy. i used cream and now it's swollen?

Swelling: Itching and swelling of the vagina can be seen with a yeast infection or, in your case could be a reaction to the cream you applied. If you're having associated vaginal discharge a vaginal infection is likely. If no discharge, discontinue any creams and apply warm water compresses. Avoid tight underwear or jeans. See your physician if symptoms don't improve or if there is a discharge.
