I have a swollen itchy vagina with white cream like substance, why?

Probably vagiitis: Vaginitis, an infection of the vagina with yeast, trichomonas (a protozoan parasite), or bacteria, is very common.. If there is pain or tiny ulcerations, it could also be a herpes infection. Some of these are sexually transmitted (trichomonas or herpes), while yeast and bacterial infections can just happen, often due to changes in hormones, antibiotics, etc. See your gyn to diagnose.
