Many possibilities: There are a wide range of issues that could be causing you to have these symptoms. Most common are undiagnosed changes in vision such as astigmatism, myopia. Dry eyes are also a common cause of these symptoms. Artificial tears could help. I suggest you see an optometrist or ophthalmologist for a thorough examination.
