Read on net 39yo claims she grew 1 inch in 20s, another in 30s & is still growing. x-ray shows tibia not fused. can this be true & if so what's cause?

No: No, not that I am aware of. Most women complete their growth 18-24 months after they start having periods, this is usually about the age of 13-14. I do not know of any condition where growth plates are open at the age of 30. If there was, she would be huge!
