Clinical effects or : drug screen? The time it takes to have a "clean" drug screen depends on whether urine or hair is being screened; chronicity of use, formulation & dose; & size, health, metabolism , intestinal & urinary pH of the user. In general, it shows up for 4.5 -5 days, but can show up for 7, if chronically used. If you have a prescription for Vyvanse, (lisdexamfetamine) take the bottle to your drug screen. .

Half-life: Half-life is time required to drop current dose/level by 50%. We estimate it takes 5 half-lives to get something out of your body (~3.125%).
