I have had a strange sensation in my abdomen for over a week. at first i called it a numbness. i can feel it when i lean against something or when my pants press against my waist. sometimes it feels like a pulling inside of my stomach. i have no symptoms

Abd numbness: Just to be clear you are describing symptoms. Symptoms are what you perceive is going on. Numbness and pulling. So you are not asymptomatic. Numbness suggests pressure on a nerve from new clothing? New chair? Staying in one position at computer long time? Same for pants pressing. Need more detail to be able to give better answer.
