Ans: In the middle of what? I don't know what area you have the skin lesion. But it sounds like an infection. So try to apply heat and see if the infection comes to the surface and opens up

Abscess?: It sounds like you may have some folliculitis or abscesses with or without cellulitis. You may need antibiotics and possible drainage of the abscesses if they are fully formed. In the meantime analgesia like paracetamol and ibuprofen will help but also running hot soapy water as often as it is convenient and should help. You should let a doctor take a look at it.
