What are stomach cancer symptoms? i think my mom might have it but she won't tell me. see, i'm 10 & she doesn't want 2 worry me, she says it's just a stomach infection, and that everything will be alright. i highly doubt that and i'm super worried. my bro

Indigestion: The principal symptoms are subjective including abdominal pain, difficulty eating and holding food down and gastrointestinal acid reflux. You are 10 years of age and of course are worried about your Mom but she is unlikely to take you seriously. Why do you have this worry? Is there stomach cancer in your lineage; or did you read about it? This is a difficult position for you.
