Uncommon: If you are aware of the symptoms of a UTI very early in its course, perhaps forcing fluids and cranberry juice (or can eat the frozen juice concentrate like a gelatti) "might" resolve it. In general, though, antibiotics are required.

No/Yes: They almost always require antibiotic treatment if it is a real urinary tract infection. Many people have asymptomatic bacteriuria with bacteria growing on a urine culture but no signs or symptoms of infection. These patients, unless pregnant, do not benefit from antibiotic treatment.

Maybe with probiotic: It depends on how severe is the infection which really can't be determined without a urinalysis and urine culture. However, cranberry tablets as mentioned may help, making your urine more acidic may keep bacteria from growing. Also, taking high-potency probiotics (5-10 billion colonies/capsule), which are "good" bacteria, may keep the infection in check and allow the body to clear the infection.
