Advice: Look, a fever means infection. Usually a urinary tract infection doesn't have fever. Fever means the infection is moving up the urinary tract. Could be you have a kidney infection. Don't mess with this. Could lead to an infection in the blood, damaged kidneys and loss of work. Advice: get it checked out. Losing work with cost you more. Now, high tail it to your doc!
