Hematoma: at the very least you have a collection of blood under the scalp. You should be applying pressure and ice to stop the bleeding that is causing the knot. You can take tylenol (acetaminophen) for the headache. Someone should stay with you overnight. If you develop any nausea, visual changes, weakness or numbness anywhere or your hearing changes, you should seek medical attention. Good luck!
